YWAM Gordon’s Bay is one of several ministries of YWAM International, a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups, and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world.

Also known as YWAM (pronounced “WHY-Wham”), we unite in a common purpose to know God and to make Him known. When YWAM started in 1960, the main focus was to get youth involved in missions. Today, our mission is still about young people, but we also involve people of all ages. We currently work in more than 1,100 locations in over 180 countries, with a staff of over 18,000.

Our Vision is to help young people discover their destiny in God and equip them to fulfill it with Christian focused training and international outreaches. We also provide in-depth, practical training so our students can have the confidense to go into all the world and accomplish the Great Commission.
